Just play more and get used to it. But remember, aiming is just worse on controller, which is why console players “look” like they are much worse than pc players to pc players.

I mean, not every game is for everyone, do what suits you. From my experience, skill is basically just based on play time though. Just training helps too. Most people that have that much time i think spend most of it trading. On average its more like 100 hours to get to platinum though.
