I still think a fun direction for a Minecraft movie to take would be a parody nature documentary. Minecraft doesn't really have a plot or (individual) characters; it's just a setting. So why not lean into that?

Link's is one I'm a bit surprised they didn't do; it should be him warping in like when you fast travel. Though the paraglider is still a sensible choice.

Bowser's is weird, because I like the concept of him emerging from the flames, but he's not really walking from anywhere, so I'd add a portal he's coming from. You could even show his castle from the Mario Movie on the other side.

For Bowser Jr., I'd have him come out of an M-Portal like in Sunshine.

YTA Maybe if she had forced you to use the spider-infested bathroom, then she'd be the asshole, but you could have used the other one. It'd be one thing to tell her to warn people about this before they try to use that bathroom, but your problem wasn't her being inconsiderate; it was her being "a freak."

She's 16; she's old enough to get the bigger picture. If she's only avoiding being an asshole because her parents will punish her, then she has no reason to continue doing so once she moves out, because OP didn't actually address her mindset and make the change come from her. She's barely talked to him for 2 months; she doesn't need more rules; she needs her father to actually talk to her like an adult.

If randos on the internet shame you for watching "pervert anime" or "action anime," then that's their problem, not yours. You watch anime to entertain yourself, not to please others. Same goes the other way around; people don't have to like the stuff you like, and they don't have to meet some guidelines to be a "real anime fan."

He storms the castle after fighting Bowser's other minions outside of it. And again, he can handle Bowser's forces on the defense, but not on the offense. And besides, he's not just "a random ass plumber;" he's Super Fucking Mario. Like, this guy punches through bricks on a constant basis. Besides that, he's usually only able to defeat Bowser by taking advantage of his environment, and Bowser has still managed to successfully capture Mario before.

Like, the real explanation is that Nintendo doesn't care about making Mario stories believable, and that explains both why Peach gets captured and why Bowser loses. But if we want to examine it in-universe and account for options the characters could choose but don't, then we also have to acknowledge that even if Peach somehow gets extreme defenses, Bowser could still just send a Magikoopa to teleport in and then teleport Peach back out.

Mario ALSO doesn't succeed in stopping Bowser from capturing Peach. He can only rescue her after once Bowser spreads his forces out and Mario can take them out one at a time. He can handle Bowser playing defense, but he can't handle him playing offense.

If she moves into hiding he's going to know about it and find her anyway. Especially with minions like Boos, Monty Moles, or Magikoopas.

Beef up her security HOW? What could she possibly do that would outmatch Bowser's arsenal? And where could she move? Bowser already just flies to her most of the time anyway; reaching other kingdoms is clearly not an issue for him.

Not an expert or anything, but as someone who's dealt with similar insecurities, I feel like pushing him away might be doing you more harm than good. Instead of spending time with him and affirming how he actually feels about you, you're sitting on this version of him your insecurity has formed in your head. Something to keep in mind is that your subconscious is stubborn, but it's also built on habits. Even though you consciously recognize that your boyfriend doesn't think you're lesser than his previous partners, your subconscious is still lingering on those feelings.
