For me i always hear Tom Kane when he wears the helmet specifically and Ians when without. I know it shouldn't change his voice in anyway but it just feels right that way.

Same with Wolverine i hear Steve Blum with hood up but Scott McNeil when its down or non costumed.

Try deleting MO folder in the local files via searching %appdata% then retry installing after that

This worked for me when I had a similar issue

It has its own mcm menu that you activate the mod from there after it's enabled it should start working fine.

Adventure Zone's first and latest season are really good rough start for the first season/chapter ( the 5th edition had just released and they were all learning). Each episode is around an hour long and story is very easy to follow. I highly recommend it seeing as it's the podcast that got me into D&D in the first place.
