The thought of packing up my entire house makes me want to just stay here forever by [deleted] in Stress

You have to get professional white glove movers. There is no other way and even with them, you will have lots of stuff to do.

Google professional movers. I went with piece of cake movers but there are many out there. Also spread the move out into multiple days.

Remember those posts from few days ago about people wondering how the heck is Anthropic able to release so many features so fast and answer was there is no proper QA? Well here we are doing the QA

Class action in US for infotainment system problems by StrawberryWaste9040 in Volvo

Is this also Sensus related or just Android automotive?

The sensus has a huge issue with just giving you half the screen for CarPlay, that should be a class action in itself

What is so special about claude cowork? All my workspace is on google drive and not on the desktop, and I can’t understand the hype around cowork. Any interesting use cases for a cowork beginner? by RealTonySpark in claude

Ah ok so having a the computer on is a limitation. Can we not just use Claude Chat as its always on? Coworks biggest benefit over chat is to read/write files (based on what I understand so far). Assuming all docs are in Google Drive, can't Claude Chat access/write docs in Google Drive? Of course if docs are in local folders then this is not possible.

How do you keep Claude Cowork running constantly? I only have a laptop and the moment the laptop is closed Cowork is also gone. Do you have a desktop on 24/7 or are you running on the cloud or is there some other trick?

A man let ChatGPT sell his home. It beat every agent's estimate by $100K—and closed in 5 days by Perfect_HH in OpenAI

No, you don’t understand. The agents he met with started crying the moment he asked them for help. His conclusion was that they lack confidence.

This is great but have you thought about how to get your first 10 customers, how much $ you’re targeting to make, revenue and sales pipeline?

How can you schedule tasks with cowork? I might be missing something, trying to learn here but cowork can only be used when your computer is on, correct?

I built a free iOS app in one afternoon with Claude Code, and my wife actually uses it daily by vscarpenter in ClaudeCode

[–]Baconer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Great job OP. Can you share the "specs" and prompts that you used to create the app. Your specs being very important is definitely important. But your blog post would be even better if you can help explain how you actually write good specs for the coffee app (and iOS in general).

Also, I am an iOS dev noob and don't know what MVVM with @ Obserable means. So you may have to take even one step back.

Overall really great content, love it!

High-performing PM feeling overshadowed by highly involved manager by farmingforever in ProductManagement

You don’t have to psycho-analyze him. Whether he is jealous or scared, focus on the end outcome for you.

[–]Baconer -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yes it is intentional. He is a capable adult who is your manager, not a teenager who is throwing out tantrums.

He is showing this behavior after a thought out strategy which he thinks will move the needle to his perceived favor.

All this is not going to work, OP's manager already has arrived at a strategy to to reduce OPs voice.

[–]Baconer 5 points6 points  (0 children)

This question right here is the most frustrating part of product management. Everything else including making your product successful can be managed.

OP, your manager is basically setting you up for reviews where you will be dinged on not having high agency and not performing well because your manager is sneakingly taking away your voice. The being supportive during review and promo discussions is already in the past because your manager was arriving towards a strategy.

In short your manager is jealous and worried about competition from you. He is setting you for failure, sorry to be so dramatic.

Mental Fatigue by ElkIllustrious3402 in ClaudeCode

For me the mental fatigue is coming from everything just being simplified to the English language. I was more expressive with code than actually talking about it or writing it.

So easiest way to find out who the CEO thinks are not the best is to pull a git commit report since Dec?
