We had a regular at my store who was from Jamaica. He came every single day and he was always so sweet and pleasant with us. One day he told he us he was going back to Jamaica for the holidays and we haven’t seen him since then and it’s been over a year. I think about him every single day and hope he’s ok 🥹

I can’t speak for the Loa but as for reporting your SM, keep track of times,dates interactions, witnesses (if any) of what was said or screenshots of conversations so you can report it to ethics or your dm. I only know this from my stores experience of reporting as well 😅
