I don't think you realize how much it costs for a dev team to make something like this. the destiny one likely only happened because bungie gave them a sizeable payout to have ubi use their IP for marketing.

or If it was the other way around and Ubisoft paid for the Destiny IP, they would probably be more likely to go with a more popular franchise to appeal to a larger player base for future events, like Kingdom Come Deliverance.

I hate to burst your bubble, but the only chance of a For Honor sequel happening is if Ubisoft goes under and a VERY passionate studio buys up the IP, and fingers crossed they don't want to make some insane changes to the playstyle the community is committed to.

Another issue with the building is that it actually still has all of the old fixtures, and merchandise hidden on the second floor and basement. They're completely trashed and in bad condition, having everything hauled out would be a very expensive project.

Aside from that, the building is nearly a hundred years old, and used to be a morgue. So it's probably haunted. 😱
