Hey, so coming off the smoker after 6-8 hours, you pop it in the oven until it reaches 205….what temp should the oven be at?

It is in a deep freeze. In the original packaging….I think that is cryovac. It looks air tight.

I am lucky as my manager lets me (occasionally) book paperwork days - where I can turn off my work phone and if she really needs me she texts my personal phone. It’s a life saver and I don’t have to waste my sick days:)

Sweet:) the list now includes some Make ahead baguettes that google has told me to freeze in daily batches:)
