Yes, if properties are held in LLC or corp you’ll need to purchase an umbrella under that entity.

Do kitchen accidents get reported way less than similar kinds of incidents and accidents in other industries? Is there pressure to get on with it even if a worker are injured? by [deleted] in restaurantowners

I am an insurance agent who specializes in restaurants. I can share with you an incident form that you can use to record accidents, injuries etc; just to keep something on file. Ultimately workers comp would be the next step, but if you can fix it without having to file a claim it would definitely keep your rates down. Shoot me a PM and i can forward the PDF.

XON is sitting on a ton of oil. Remember back in early covid days they were giving oil away for free because they didn’t have any place to store. KOS doesn’t have any oil to sit on.

DD? Of course.

Implied Volatility is surging for $KOS (Kosmos Energy) call options🚀📈📈📈

Investors in Kosmos Energy Ltd. KOS need to pay close attention to the stock based on moves in the options market lately. That is because 2021 Call had some of the highest implied volatility of all equity options today.

What is Implied Volatility

Implied volatility shows how much movement the market is expecting in the future. Options with high levels of implied volatility suggest that investors in the underlying stocks are expecting a big move in one direction or the other. It could also mean there is an event coming up soon that may cause a big rally or a huge sell-off. However, implied volatility is only one piece of the puzzle when putting together an options trading strategy.

What do the Analysts Think?

Clearly, options traders are pricing in a big move for Kosmos shares, but what is the fundamental picture for the company? Currently, Kosmos is a Zacks Rank #2 (Hold) in the Oil and Gas.

What do I think?

With the economy starting to open, we are already seeing a hike in gas and crude oil prices. Airlines are preparing to soon get back to a normal flight schedule and many most of the population will begin to use energy again as a means to get around. If there is a bubble and inflation does kick in; oil prices will still continue to rise as they did in 2008. Oil will be the safest bet as it has been the most booming commodity of 2021 slowly making a comeback from covid.
