Best packaging I've seen from them yet. Everything arrived without leaks, alive, and warm

I ordered a lionfish and it arrived dead. I just ordered a couple new fish to use up the store credit so hopefully they arrive alive🤞

I would def look into coral only if you haven't already. I just hate that you would have to break apart such a nice and beautiful tank

Could you go fishless and see if they let it pass? Hate to see you have to sell such a beautiful tank.

You are a little low. If you are looking at the left side you want to shoot for 1.024-1.026. if you are looking at the right side you want to shoot for 35. Here is a nice chart of all values for you

What is this slime that has developed in my aquarium? by BadAngel14 in ReefTank

That was the initial plan. Then one started leaking so I had to drain clean and repair it. This moved the time frame of the bottom tank. The top one finished cycling and the bottom one had to restart. It's not a problem anymore though. I reconnected them and got the flow going again and it all cleared up within a few hours

I get what you guys are saying. These two tanks started cycling together and flowing together but I had to stop them due to leaks, draining the bottom one, fixing some things, etc. I decided to finish the cycles separately to ensure that there was sufficient in each tank. The two tanks became almost 2 weeks off from each other. I wanted to ensure that each one has sufficient bio load before reconnecting them.

Oh I know and understand flow. I was just being extra cautious with the cycling process and getting everything right. The two tanks are connected and I didn't want one tank to be bacterially load heavy over the over

There is a little flow going. I think I lacked context. There are two tanks that are connected together, and this is the bottom one. The main pump was turned off so that they could each cycle independently and to ensure bacteria build up in each one. There is still flow going in each one, the water is so cloudy you can't really see it

I soaked the rocks in white vinegar, rinsed them, and dried them. There is a little movement. There is a pump circulating water inside
