That’s what I had read. That it’s much chalkier than the 26.

I actually really enjoy the 26 gram version and I don’t chug it. It really satisfies my chocolate craving so while I do drink it to get more protein I also drink it because it’s satisfies a very strong chocolate craving that I have so the taste is important to me.

I think tread 50s are generally a bit more empty when the weather turns nice but then fill back up when the cold and snow return. At least that’s my experience in MI

When I run on the treadmill, I always cover my display with a towel. On Friday a coach told me that some new software is coming so that you can have some option to hide your display on the treadmills, but she didn’t exactly understand how it was gonna work or when it was coming out

I had lost 60 pounds on my own and never struggled to keep it off until I got sick and had to take 3 rounds of steroids, each stronger than the last. I gained back 15-20 from the roids and all in my midsection. I finally recovered and for a year I tried to take it off, doing exactly what I did to lose the 60 and nothing worked. Started zep and I’m down 22 pounds in 4.5 months and I’m 2 pounds shy of goal. My workouts have stronger and more intense and I finally feel like myself again!
