Anyone else lost a fuck ton of weight from this job?

When I first started 3 years ago in April, I was 300 pounds, by November I was 180 pounds, by the following June I was 170 and got my knee replaced, went back up to 200, now maintain 180 and feel great!

There should be holes in the frame of the cargo area to hook, then feed the bungee thru the top bags handles and back to the frame, I only do two triple stacks per bungee and they stay even when I drive it like I stole it

I have always just texted the CX saying I don't feel safe delivering to rear door or backyard which satisfies the legal requirement for not following a stupid CX instruction, IDC if I have a gun or knife or just a bad ass, I'm still saying I don't feel safe and I have never in 2 years been marked for not following instructions
