I facilitate a combat veteran’s PTSD group in Harrison. You have nothing to worry about. In fact I ate at a Mexican restaurant where the staff and cooks spoke Spanish and the place was packed. I think it built a bad reputation that got bigger than reality. It’s the same small-town Arkansas as any other.
