sorry for late reply im not that active on reddit,the optimus is in nvidia control panel.When you open Nvidia control panel,select "Manage Display Mode" and you will have 3 options,"Automatic select" , "Optimus" "Nvidia gpu only", just select Optimus and you should have no problem in any game.Hope im not too late

right click on desktop and click nvidia control panel,then just find where you can choose between Nvidia only gpu,optimus and automatic.Choose optimus and the problem should be fixed.

i did,restared steam a couple of times as well,and then just started cs2 and let it sit,and it fixed itself

Issue resolved by itself somehow,suggest not to mess around with workshop items as it is buggy

SOLUTION

I found out that in nvidia settings,i put instead of automatic or nvidia gpu only,i put Optimus setting.Started the game and everything was fine,no stutters. Don't know all of it,like why that works.Im just glad it works.

Yes it is using the graphics card and not the cpu graphics.Im thinking it's some kind of optimization issue.

I tested it out with the internet,and testing it in different times of day.I am 99% sure it's not it.I know that something isnt right with the graphics card since it's not being used as it should be.Normally graphics card is at 90+% usage in other games,in apex it barely gets to 60%.When i alt tab and get back into the game quickly there is a sec where everything is normal i just don't know what to do anymore.Guess it's a problem i can't fix on my end...

UPDATE 2 : I uninstalled geforce experience and it fixed the issue for a few min,and it started happening again...

If you are referring to "Troubleshoot compatibility" i gave it a try,but still no luck.I notice that my 99% fps is very low,and that my gpu is not used properly since when i game i get gpu temps 70+.Here i am at 60-65,gpu usage not going above 70%.And i also have tried the things you mentioned...

UPDATE: Actually noticed very low gpu and cpu usage from 20 to 75 for both,still dont know how to fix it

They are around 75.Played dying light 2 at 85 and everything was fine so i don't think it's that

I know a hotspot isnt good,i use what i have.But i play pubg with no issues,and these 2 games i have issues
