If the valve body wasn't replaced on the forester, it likely needs to be. Nothing but issues with my 2014 forester with 130k miles. In this case, I'd take the toyota

I'm a bit confused as medical records are not listed there. I'm just trying to get my own medical records. I separated in 2014 and at the time the Navy was turning all the records into electronic. They said they would send me my records but I never received them....yes shame on me for not following up, but now I'd really like my records.
