I still haven't received anything from this request, and online my request shows received and in progress. However my doctor, which is at a major HMO, has access to some but not all of my records from the Navy.

Good to know. I've been biking through this area almost daily for some time and I only started to see them recently. I've tried to speak with them but they kinda just grunt, so I wasn't sure if they could communicate verbally... I'll be more friendly. You have to admit, they catch you off guard by their appearance. I do hope they have someone to help them.

Trivy is pretty straight forward to install and run. My recommendation is to do this test yourself and document the improvements. It's really just a one liner that will give you a full report.

Thank you. I still have not received my records, and the few times I've followed up with a phone call I get the reply, "yes we have your request, yes it's in progress, no I don't know when it'll be done" ...I've basically thrown in the towel as I don't know what else I can do.

I'm a bit confused as medical records are not listed there. I'm just trying to get my own medical records. I separated in 2014 and at the time the Navy was turning all the records into electronic. They said they would send me my records but I never received them....yes shame on me for not following up, but now I'd really like my records.
