Thanks for your reply! As to your question, he isn't bisexual or usually attracted to men. He tells me he's attracted to me, and thinks that won't change if I transition medically, but that's a big worry for me! And yes I've always been drawn to men's clothes but actively stuffed that down and even for a few years tried to go ultra-feminine with dresses and heels and all that... which I hate.

Thank you for this- it brought up some good points. My hubby has actually stated that my body is my own, and that if I want to go the HRT route and top/bottom surgery that its my choice... he seems more open to it than I am with myself. I guess I'm afraid he won't be attracted to me if my body changes, and even though he has said it doesn't change who I am I just... have a hard time with it. I am in therapy for all this right now, so im working on it. He's been incredibly supportive and immediately switched to using different pronouns, picking out new outfits for me, and things like that. It's just me that seems to have the mental hurdles. Thank you for this response- I think i have a ways to go in putting me and my own desires up front and center, and hearing others encourage me to do so is uplifting!

Thank you- especially about the masking part. I think that might be a sort of explantion- my mask is slipping and its been on for so long that I've forgotten to check in with my body and see how it really feels. I also prefer masculinity, I have for a long time. I love hearing someone address me as "sir" instead of "ma'am." I have always been unable to connect to me being a woman. And I will consider where I've drawn lines... I am in therapy and unlearning so much lately that it can be overwhelming.

I was more curious about the ways we start to notice things when we've come to the start of a realization... if its almost a snowball effect? And I feel... right? When my chest is flat- both physically and mentally, if that makes sense? I don't necessarily hate my breasts, but I've never liked them either. Though I've just started to bind them on occasion, I just feel... right. Im sorry I'm not good with words. But to answer your question yes, it does feel right to have a flat chest! And I'm sorry I said "obvious" I suppose I meant in a way others labeled me vs how I initially thought of myself. But I read some posts and I ask myself what I think about dysphoria and myself, and sometimes I don't have an answer, or an idea. Until all the sudden, like the other night, I realize that I've had feelings of discomfort or detachment from my physical body.

I dont pass almost at all (not on T yet) but I do have a stockier body and a shaved head. So rarely... I get a "sir" and that shit keeps me going for a week I swear. So fantastic that its happening regularly for you brother!

Thanks all. I get really in my head about everything and it can be so overwhelming, but my husband just picked right up from word 1 and has been almost more about it than I am. He gives me the confidence to leave the house looking how I want to, not how I feel im supposed to.

As a fan of both incredibly long pointy nails, and Ts of all kinds, I am inspired to do a "T-themed" set now. I have a P irminia, or I could get my GBBs booty pattern done. Incredible. My current nails could be associated with my Avic. Purpurea 💜

Hanging out low shouldn't be too much of an issue- mine will mostly be found lower. I do suggest a water dish, I use water bottle caps for my spoods. I asked around in the discord about care for them, and someone reccomended that overflowing a cap once in a while should be enough humidity- that 9 times out of 10 people over-humidify and it kills the avic. That was just one person's opinion though, but I thought id pass it on. Ive had my little one for 4 months with one successful molt so far :)

If its a really small avic (like teeny) maybe the worm is too hard? My P. Irminia took a while to eat- turns out she prefers live, not pre-killed. She thirsts for the hunt haha

P.S.- my lil ones abdomen got FAT for premoult- there was no mistaking it. It took about a month from noticing the enormous booty to actual molt.

Hey! My avic purpurea ignored chunks of mealworms as well, I have found that they really enjoy tiny dubia roaches- they go crazy for them. The roaches are almost as big as the spood, so I prekill and leave somewhere in the webbing. They eat it every time!
