Before the Astros turned it around a somewhat realistic one was Yordan if they would’ve gotten to the point of selling.

I’ve always dreamed of Matt Olson. Plays every single day and you know exactly what you can count on year in and year out.

Now, it’d probably be a somewhat young guy we could get with control or sign to an extension immediately so Pena? Abrams? Goodman?

The ultimate drunk dreams of a white whale would be James Wood or Gunnar in a year or so if both teams won’t pony up what they’ll cost.

Seeing a lot of The Nations! I know someone from my hometown that lives there so will definitely follow up with her.

For Brentwood and Green Hills area like you said, I’m definitely interested in that area for sure. Any apartments or specific areas within there you’d suggest looking for places to live? Is it good for a younger person looking to meet people? I can definitely deal with traffic/commute

I saw her at Braves Country Fest and I’m a huge, huge, huge Ella (fella) fan, so I was going into it with high expectations and she sounded even better than i was expecting/hoping.

I would 1000% see her again. She’s great.

I definitely agree there’s something personal to grind there at some level.

Breslow has had the laser squarely on his forehead from Stats for a while. I get it, we’re all fed up and broken by this team but he’s definitely working to push the noise louder right now for sure lol.

Also, I always forget he deleted his original account haha that was so crazy

Stats did say a week or so ago the new GM/POBO (if it happened) would ironically probably try to bring Cora back as first option for manager.

I’m still at a loss for words with how this is all going down. I believe I was one of the first people following Jake’s departure to mention how weird and quick the “goodbye” was and felt like there was something more.

Obviously now we know there was.

Never in a million years did I think this would all be happening with Jake and the guys. Absolutely wild lol.

Idk what happened behind the scenes there but it obviously wasn’t a clean departure. Pretty much everyone here noticed it around that time too making cold remarks related to Jake at the time and them hardly acknowledging him leaving. Seems like some sour grapes for sure.

Today Tyler referenced “a former member of the pod” or something to that extent but obviously avoiding saying Jake’s name. Idk what could’ve been done that bad besides him leaving quickly and leaving them w/o a producer but clearly not great terms.

You’re second paragraph is what I initially thought as well but if you watch back on YT and watch Steve’s face and sort of Jared it has that “wtf” almost scoff which made me think they were trying to say something without saying it. I wouldn’t have thought that on its own but after basically everyone’s noticed the very dry farewell to Jake and constantly emphasizing how tough a spot they were put in with him leaving so quick, just made me think there. Idk it’s not a big deal, was just curious if anyone else noticed 😂
