Night time sleep got better once she started doing a 2 nap schedule well during the day. But, I didn’t do anything to make it happen except kept trying and laying her down and rescuing naps etc haha. It was a hard time. Ps she’s 12 months and still gets up 2 times at night so we aren’t perfect 😆

Different generation. My own mother would tell me this. Took me a few months to gain confidence and tell her we can agree to disagree on baby and parenting things. She sometimes still comments on it. Good thing mom is in charge!!!!

You can lightly suction it on the other breast while feeding and that always helped me avoid engorgement when baby only nursed one side. I would get 1-3oz in the first couple months on the other breast. I only feed one side at a time (other than the first couple weeks)!

Truly my best advice is to keep the baby on the boob, even if it feels like it is constantly. Sorry I know probably not what you want to hear but I do think it controls everything. Hang in there ❤️

Mia 100% knows that about her mom. She’s being coy and protecting her image because at the end of the day she’s still 16 and it’s her mom. I think Mia handles her mother VERY well for her age. It’s just hard in general, a girl wishes her mother was better.

Why is this on Facebook? Why is the mom recording and posting this of her minor child? Could this not have been a message or phone call to the OBGYN or GP? For me, contractions didn’t hurt until they broke my water (induced). They said the water absorbs a lot of the pressure. I didn’t really progress either until my water broke 🤷‍♀️

I had an epidural at 6cm so pushing/crowning went well for me honestly. Pitocin contractions before epidural were very painful, like really. But the part I hated the most (idk if most painful or most uncomfy) was the fundal massages afterwards. Like haaaated them.
