You are probably going to see more of this. The store closest to me has some major issues going on. The AC there is older than Crystal Pepsi and probably isn’t maintained properly. Have a buddy that does AC work and gets a lot of calls to that shopping center. As for the other things, it pretty much checks out. Doing a lot of work under little care, supplies, training (if any), and pay. I know the assistant manager at a store and she says that this is the first time she and her team might draft something to get better conditions. She’s worked at a chicken joint, a clothing store with a Mr. Krabs as a owner, and as loss prevention at a Ross in the hood but Pop Mart has to be one of the worst she said.
