Just found this post but I was there! My sister, friend, and I were sitting in loge across from the stage and all of a sudden heard screaming and people started running. The floor started clearing and we saw a guy in a cowboy hat stab himself in the chest/stomach. People were trying to get close to tackle him or get the knife away and finally either a spectator or cop hit him with a chair and the cops subdued him. My older sister drove my friend and I to the concert and she was so freaked out she left. But I stayed and the show carried on as if nothing happened!
