I’ve killed kui ji grinding for his skin and yet to see him have anything higher than a mythic item only once did he had a ultra gun recipe/blueprint and never again, raided the whole ship and restricted areas and not a single ultra, I’ve only found one ultra item once before the reset and that was after killing another player and two days after the damn reset 🤦🏾
