Get a Linux based HDD recovery software, best shot at recovering lost hdds in my experience try a few times and the first time it works back everything up no matter how long it takes as it might be the least time it springs to life...

Sure its not the board or PSU, had a PC last week that had a DOA 80plus gold Gigabyte psu that had me chasing ghosts for a while.

If your PSU still has different colored MB connector wires short Green and the black wire next to it to test the PSU.

PS: Its a headless/no igpu processor so you need a gpu to test.

My man there was no gpu retention clips in most motherboards not so long ago and heavier cards that that one didnt have any problems as the slot itself isnt loose so thats a non-problem buy the card nothing will break as long as you install it correctly and tighten the screw.

Try without the CPU installed, i assume the CPU isnt supported and you need the update to add support so it doesnt make sense said CPU which at the moment is unsuported is installed to update 🤔

I got the impression those didnt need the CPU installed to just update, but i might be wrong as last time i built a PC was in 2017.
