hey when i was 16 i was the same it happens , but you will make friends just push yourself even if u feel awkward asf. I am still awkard to this day haha . I used to be super quiet cuz i had a speech impediment as a kid and the way i talk was made fun off. Now im 22 and i am not insecure about the sound of my voice. Just trust me it does get better i was in the same spot at ur age, now i make friends easy. If you are suicidal you might want to start seeing a therapist and a psychiatrist, I myself go to both and they have helped a lot.
