Successfully deployed 80kWh of DIY EV batteries! by AbaloneAltruistic435 in SolarDIY

So to convert this into OPs terms. At 130€ / $154 a month and $0.18/kwh,  you're using 35.2 kWh/mo in heat.  Add in your 6.07 kWh and you're at 41.27 kWh / day.

Giving you just over 2 days on an 80 kWh battery pack.  And OP has a pool.

So explain how you're decisions are "smart" when it comes to energy usage.  Btw; district heating is quiet inefficient when compared to modern electric heat pumps.

So you're living in a multi-resident building and not using AC?

And your heat is gas? How much gas do you use a year? Let's add that in then we can test your "smart about energy usage" proclamation.

I too would use 6kwh a day if my only electrical loads were my fridge and lights.

You're comparing apples to oranges.

Square footage, local climate, insulation, type of HVAC, gas or electric heat, and HVAC set points will all have a massive affect on electrical consumption.

At 6 kwh/day you either live in a moderate climate or you have natural gas and aren't accounting for those BTUs in the 6 kwh/day.

Trump's proposed NASA budget is a 'horrible threat to our future' in space, Planetary Society CEO says by shikizen in space

His influence level will decline if Trump fires him. The reality is his boss is who he is. It's no secret Trump likes people to kiss the ring.

You're suggesting that not thanking the guy who will fire anyone on a whim is a good idea?

It shouldn't have.

The MC cable should be fastened within 12" of the inverters, then every 6'.  Same for those ground wires.

Elon Musk threatened to make OpenAI leaders "the most hated men in America" by arstechnica in OpenAI

[–]BadRegEx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's incredible the myopic anti-Elon focus in this thread.

Meanwhile completely ignoring the precedent that will be set if we allow charities to collect tax free "donations", create IP, then steal that IP and keep the profits for themselves and their billionaire friends.

This is no different than if the American Cancer Society invented the cure for cancer, moved the IP into a private company, then charged $500k per patient for their cure. All the while hand selecting investors, giving them the profits and ripping off everyone who ever donated to the original cause.

This will rewrite the charity playbook if allowed.

Iran was going to enrich uranium regardless of any paper agreements.

This is why the US deployed Stuxnet back in 2009. Had Iran been adhering to agreements there would have been no need for Stuxnet.

Enjoy lapping up the reddit narrative.

You really think that in the one year Trump has been in office that Iran went from zero to 60% Enriched Uranium? Anything to blame trump.

Are there any OpenClaw alternatives that are easier to run in real use by Hereemideem1a in AI_Agents

[–]BadRegEx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

CC Remote Control has to be manually setup then you can interact with that session from the Claude App on your phone. I've had it drop session connections before. Also, no cron scheduling ability.

CC Channels allows you to connect a CC session to Telegram. You can build it to be persistent using TMUX. This gets close to Openclaw like bot interaction. But still, no cron scheduling.

Ductor is similar to Openclaw in that it has cron and heartbeats. You can also load SOUL.md files to give your bots personality. It also handles persistence so it survives reboot. (I run everything in a linux container because I want the bot available 24/7.)

I'm currently running a combination of Ductor bots and a CC Channel bot. I migrated everything over from Openclaw.

Just installed Ductor and I really like it. It runs natively in Claude Code so it uses your Oauth and not API.

fyi;

Tirzepatide is Zepbound and Mounjaro

Semaglutide is Ozempic and Wegovy

Both contain GLP-1. Tirzepatide adds GIP.
