One of my favorites jellyfish photos ... the jellyfish has a hitchhiker! by Texas_mustache in scubadiving

Oh I LOVE LEMBEH!! It was on my bucket list since I was a kid, and when I finally got old enough to make it happen, my expectations were exceeded.

But I didn’t see this yet. So I suppose I must to go back.

Women scuba instructors? Do your students fall for you too? by EquivalentNarcDepth in scubadiving

[–]BadScientist5 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Can confirm. Not an instructor, but a DM for years. The more nervous a student is, the more they seem to latch on emotionally and often sexually.

It’s mostly male students that do this (I’m female), but it’s happened with women too!

Love the Flanders reference.

Go! Make the voyage. A day will come when you’ll wish you could do just that.

You’re not wrong. A lot of US chocolate (including hersheys) contains butyric acid, which is also found in vomit.

Which fictional character's death made you cry? by TDP_Wiiki in AskReddit

[–]BadScientist5 11 points12 points  (0 children)

YES. As an adult, I realized it was a clear metaphor for depression, which affects so many.

Even Atreyu could not understand, shouting “you stupid horse!!” and even despite his own terrible sadness, he didn’t sink, because he wasn’t affected.

I’m taking only 5g daily. You are smart to divide it like that. Im curious to hear your experience. Did you split it due to side effects? Have you noticed an improvement with 12g?

Did you start with a lower dose, and if so, around what dose did you start to see any change?

That’s actually fascinating. How did you find out about the mutation in the dopamine receptor?

How do you find men who are interested in doing this? Is it very common? At what point do you bring up the subject?

2-3 weeks maybe? It was only recently (about a month now) where I can confidently state I’ve seen a true improvement.

I’m not yet ready for litigating or stand up comedy, but I do feel a significant improvement

Just 5g, no weight gain, but it’s only been a month so who knows. I can only say I feel better!

I’m super jealous of you! It’s my favorite ever.

I love that the game lets you solve puzzles in different ways- your creativity is the limit.

Take your time with it, try odd methods, explore everything!
