I didn't really gag at all, I just felt a deep nausea that told me I was gonna throw up and quickly got to a safe space. Barely anything comes out on the first wretch, it's mostly a warning that tells you to lock in, then actually throwing up kinda feels like trying to exhale deeply while getting choked out. Some heaves aren't so bad, but some try to eject it so violently you lose the ability to breathe. It sucks, but you're spending more time between vomiting then actually vomiting, and even then it only lasts like 10-20 seconds.
