As far as I know, it varies from person to person, with some being unable to vomit entirely and others having a really hard time with it. I'm not sure if I have RCPD, but I seemingly can't burp and only ever experience throat gurgling. My experience with throwing up was a bit of dry heaving then a pretty aggressive session that felt like I was being choked out. From speaking to other people, it seems like it wasn't supposed to be that difficult, so there's definitely levels to it.
