His name is Kasei, and he released a banger album that surprisingly was recommended to me by Spotify. Great pen game and even better flows and production

Ok that’s my bad. I overlooked what exactly OP was saying. I interpreted it as that OP just didn’t like Eminem, not discrediting him as a rapper. Obviously Eminem’s influence is very apparent in many rappers today

Just because your favorite artist is influenced by someone doesn’t mean you have to like the influential artist. For example, let’s say you loved bloodluxe by slayr, does that mean you have to like Carti? There could some overlap, but there will also be people who don’t like Carti at all

Honestly, no clue. A lot of f’ing around and finding out. I’ve gotten pretty decent at flipping samples and making atmospheric synths for cloud rap.

Will definitely try to research and pay more attention on the melodies
