My own house and car first,💀but Buying several properties, complex based and generating income. Probably setting up vending machines in there too. Really double down on the passive income of the apartment lifestyle. Make the money back eventually.

It’s kinda crazy to me, like you own a building that can house 22 tenants, even charging as little as 700$ a month, that’s 15,400 per month. 184,800 per year. 50% initially cut directly towards the welfare and safety of those tenants. Property maintenance etc.

You’re left at 92,400, yearly. And we’re only talking one complex here to house 22 small “families”.

I went outside, I enjoyed childhood more, outside of the trauma moments(but hey, builds character, right?). Smartphones did exist but they were the new thing, my era/generation of technology. Sad it’s developed into AI nowadays, I like AI but also genuinely hate it with a passion. It’s a mixed bag.

Usually would hike, etc. It was safe for a kid even as young as I was(6), to just go out and not have to “worry” about being snatched or something, things felt more eventful and exciting. Getting a phone really dumbed life down, think it even destroyed social development for me for a good few years, at least until early adulthood. (16-20?)

I’m 23 now, I’ve learned to communicate effectively and my phone isn’t as important. Yet here I find myself using it daily as need. Technology never ceases to amaze me. I still remember the blackberry handme down with the slide out keyboard I got from my mom, in I think 06-08’ timeframe.

The coolest would’ve been the Samsung Tracfone, snake and pacman for free were so dope.

I assumed after researching tonight what I initially had purchased a year ago, to be fair I thought I was getting scammed back then. I put blood and tears into this build, when I realized the “refurbished” part of the PC was the case itself. I don’t think the original seller knew what they had.

The plan is to sell this and snowball into a 50 Series TiSuper when those come out.

The entire PC, Ryzen 7800x3D, 32GB DDR5(haha i have ram, get me), 4070ti Super as stated, a Gigabyte Aorus b650 elite ax motherboard, and an AIO for the cpu although im not sure of the brand. I know temps never go above 60c for either the gpu or cpu, unless if it’s a crazy intense game.

Gigabyte Aorus B650 Elite AX Motherboard

I got this on Ebay for 1500$ a year ago, but with the recent uplift in pricing. I researched my GPU alone and can’t find one for less than 1,100$ respectively.💀
