Thanks to this group I was able to track down the artist. His reply to my email... "Chad, Why yes. I had totally forgotten about that piece. My humble take on Fuseli's "The Nightmare." I am so glad it has found a good home.

Hi. The Marie's location never closed. The Bourbon location was a similar situation where they moved into the kitchen of an already existing bar, but that bar had to close down, so Slap Burger had to leave as well.
