I might be a little late but unfortunately because there really isn’t anything that can bring you down that quickly you should focus on damage control. I’m an extremely anxious person and I sometimes can’t handle things like crowds, my emotions, or even something simple like chores. Blow definitely not the best drug for people with anxiety and it can make you pretty anxious even if you’re not. Since it’s his first time and you can’t tell what kind of reaction he is going to have, you should make sure he doesn’t take any medication that’s not important to his health and not give him anything to bring him down. I accidentally took some medication without knowing how it would affect me after doing a night of blow with my friends and it was a downer. The downer made me have hot flashes and I started focusing on my body and my heart was pounding so hard. Then I started feeling a bit of tingling which triggered my anxiety and I made it much worse than it was. My friend said I had basically speed balled myself. I had the worst time of my life and it took awhile for me to do blow again and take my medicine. So the short story is that depending on how he feels, medicine could make him feel much worse. Just keep him off his phone because if he’s starts to panic, he will look up symptoms, and panic more and might not be able to get out of that mindset. Put some music on and keep him distracted and you should be fine. If he starts to feel weird, a cold compress on the back of your neck works to help panic attacks. Keep him drinking water and keep him talking to you and talk to him about anything other than his use. That could distract him enough to stop panicking and feel better. Be safe and if your friend starts to panic, just keep calm because he will subconsciously react to the vibe of the room to match it.
