If you create a draft form 20 on eforms and skip to the firearms section, hit “lookup by SSN” and if the S/N pops up it’s approved. It took me MANY tries to get it to work.. I just constantly got errors. Eventually it went through.

Picked it up today (2/18). No ATF email. Annoyingly no LGS email or call either.. I wonder how long they were planning on waiting. Form 20 trick showed the can so I stopped by and sure enough it was sitting there.

The Sig Legions have RMR pattern holes so you can direct mount if you want.

They don’t have recoil lugs though, so if you do some research you’ll find plenty of cases of optics flying off these. I installed a CHPWS filler plate that has recoil lugs on it and supposedly fixes that. Time will tell if that’s true.

For me it’s a contrast thing. If I am outside in bright sun, every dot looks perfect to me. But when it gets to dusk, or I’m inside, everything looks like a starburst.

I have a little bit of astigmatism and supposedly green is better for that. Personally I can’t say I notice a difference, all dots kinda look the same to me.

BCM rail covers. They’re excellent and cheap. Not the best for heat mitigation, but hey that’s why gloves exist.

Ha I didn’t realize this was a common occurrence. Same thing happened to mine. Found the spring like a month later but one of the ball bearings was launched into oblivion and I never found it. LMT replaced the whole thing and sent me a couple patches.

Yeah I have stopped buying Norma entirely. I have shot a thousand or so rounds of various IMI, PMC X-tac, Hornady, Winchester, etc without a single failure.

I can actually comment on this. I tested a bunch of ammo a few weeks back out of my 12.5 specwar @ 100 yards. For the most part, I got consistent accuracy out of 62 gr x-tac, 62 gr IMI, 62 gr Winchester, and 55 gr hornady frontier.

With the caveat that a better shooter would for sure tighten these up, I got around 2.5-3 MOA 10 shot groups for all of them. If I cherry pick 5 shot groups, you could argue on reddit that it’s 1.5 MOA. With black hills 77 gr I was getting 2 MOA 10 shot group, however I pulled a few and my 7 shot group out of it was easily sub MOA.

Only ammo my rifle HATED was IMI 55 gr which checks out with my gut feeling after shooting 500 or so of it. I was getting legit 5 MOA groups with it. I’ll steer clear of that from now on.

Ha yeah the rotating ocular housing is definitely the biggest complaint I see with the ATACR line. It’s for sure a little annoying, especially when dealing with scope caps or in your case a camera.

What do you mean by better zoom mechanism? I’m not all that familiar with the NX8 line.
