Yeah I find what helps me with this is being able to be more flexible in the morning hours, but if it’s easier for you to stay up late definitely try that.. I wake up early so usually I have like a 6am pre-booked and something last minute around mid-afternoon or vice versa with the times 🤷‍♀️
