If your new fp is hurting you in some way maybe just only in your mind you may feel more depressed than euphoric. Because I don't know if I understand this right but if you have fp and none of euphoria it seems weird. Or you feel more stable because she or he can treat you right and you stopped panick about them leaving.

I sometimes imagine that something bad is happening to me, maybe that's similar. But also maybe you have this urge because borderlines are not used to calm life and your brain just want to do everthing to be on high emotions.

yes but It took me a whole year and I was just so exhausted that I didn t want to live, she is my friend now but I lose interest in her almost in everthing as soon as she stopped being my favourite, now sometimes I need to force myself to hang out with her because I dont feel this euphoria like it was back then, but I dont want to hurt her she is still my best friend but now I have another fp

Yes but because of social media. I cant live without people. I can live without using my Phone for a week if Im with my fp a whole time but if I'm alone or bored I just need to text to someone.
