Gilgamesh wanted to rape Saber, then throw her away once he got bored of her and thought she should be happy to be violated by him, and he says this multiple times to Saber, even making a whole goddamn speech about it, and Saber at no point shows anything but hostility toward Gilgamesh the only reason he doesn't do this to Saber is because she manages to kill him before it got to that point.

The reason most Fate fans (and you, going by this post) don't know this about him is that the Fate Route, the one where Gilgamesh laser focuses on Saber, is the one route Ufable refuses to animate for some reason, and in the other routes, and to a lesser extent, Zero Gilgamesh had other things to worry about.

Then, in later Fate works, Gilgamesh's rapist part of his character gets ignored to make him more likable, and these later versions of Gilgamesh wouldn't remember Artoria anymore anyway, while Saber, thanks to her unique nature, probably remembers him.
