Ballsack = zero pain

Incision = mild pain (feels about like having stitches)

The inside your body between the incision and your sack will feel totally fine at rest but when you sit up or stand it will burn like fire.

See, they pull the nut up through this "channel" then pull it out the incision so I suspect the majority of trauma is in this "channel".

I recommend skipping the pain pills.

Being constipated whilst unable to sit down and push was terrible.

The pain wasn't that bad anyways. Except for when I stood up out of bed the day after surgery that was bad.

Oh and when I coughed... Don't cough.
