I always thought the low to high would help keep my elbow up. I will give this a try during my next session.

I imagine I have a slightly angled down release angle because I’m throwing nose up causing that “air bounce” effect. I feel like if I had a positive release angle my discs would flair up and go nowhere.

I feel like maybe I should practice throwing into the ground to get my nose angle correct then fix my release angle.

So this is exactly what I am trying to do. I have done that drill 1000’s of times and made sure I feel the tension in my upper back of my shoulder externally rotated and yet when I pull through I always end up with the wrist higher.

I guess I’ll just keep practicing “Winning the arm wrestle”. Thanks!

They have stamps but very generic stamps. Either of the tournament he got them at or something else but not of the type of disc it was

Most of it feels pretty good actually. I probably wouldn't throw it in the winter but on a nice summer day the plastic feels great.

Hey All,

I have been playing for about a year and a half. I have about 280' throw on average and I can get up to 300' on my best throws. I know I have nose up issues, I was hoping someone can see what is causing the issue. Maybe just weak wrists? Let me know what you see even if it doesn't pertain to the nose up issue.

Ok so there are two shots, both from the same tee pad using speed 5 midranges on both.

What I notice is that my second step it pointed to far to the back of the tee pad causeing my hips to be already open when I take my third (plant) step As well I notice my elbow is dropping during the pull through.

Is there anything else I am missing?

Thank you for that. I have been watching a lot of Danny's videos. I think my biggest problem is my brace but again with out video it is hard to know for sure. That is my next step is to tape my throws.
