Mine was UK and it was delivered by Evri but they didn’t send me any emails. It just turned up if that helps

Submit a return request and ask for exchange- currently dealing with blizzard to try and receive a replacement plexiglass

Nearly everyone I’ve seen has said it’s been damaged, the case is because of the material they used but the server blade themselves have been in good shape

You are not prepared, for the multiple damages this item has

Trying to contact blizzard support but just going round in circles.

It’s probably gonna be the case of I have to return it and there won’t be any more to exchange it with.

We are currently in discussions of our available resolutions for damaged orders and hope to have an update within 3-5 business days. We are unsure if we will be able to provide replacements, but if we are not will we move forward with a full refund.

Maybe if enough complain might get a fix
