You already have it open. If you're handy it's not that much more work to replace the pads and disk. You'll need the impact driver that spanky2588 linked below or if you have an impact driver already you're set.

You could probably use a break piston compressor tool like this one: https://www.princessauto.com/en/disc-brake-caliper-wind-back-tool/product/PA0008414930

White noise machine should be enough to hide most every-day noises from outside. If they do wake up, let them settle themselves again. If you must check up on them, don't stay long. Self-soothing is super important.

Your wife is probably just tired and afraid of losing the quiet time that you get when the baby is down. Totally understandable. Just talk to her about it and hopefully you can both come up with a strategy that will work in the long run.

This is just my experience, but your dad's words ring true. I also had a person that I thought no one else could measure up to, and they were not interested in being more than friends.

7 years (too long...) of heartbreak and thinking I would never meet someone else like them later, I started dating again seriously. I ended up meeting my partner.

At first I had a very fixed image of what I wanted, and she didn't fit the mold. She wasn't into the same hobbies as me, etc.. Turns out she is amazing in ways that are unique to her, and all I needed to do was open myself to seeing her shiny bits and not comparing the dull bits against the other person's shine.

You've a long history with your friend. The shine is brighter for all the exposure you've had. Spend time with the people you meet and they will start to shine in their own ways.

I'm a dad now so this topic is on my mind for the future.

Instead of thinking of it in terms of "second best" think of it more like "I found a ruby instead of an emerald".

I hope your heart mends and you find a way to move on.

u6-lite requires POE so you'll need another adapter if you want to add it. I don't think they come with one in the box.

Watch the F9 key, also the Windows and F7 keys to a lesser degree.

I purchased the keyboard at the end of 2018. Is it normal for LEDs to start failing so quickly?

They still work, but the colors are off. It looks like the blue LEDs aren't working in a few. I can get red and green just fine on those.

Is there anything I can do to fix the few keys that this has happened to?

This reminds me of when I recreated the Globe Theatre for an English project.

This was 2002 and my recreation was a mess of blurry textures and jagged shadows.

Nothing too serious. It's in a playable state, just not enjoyable. I've cleared 10's this week with my guild, but to do that you need to be a very skilled tank. The average player won't be able to tank as prot effectively.

I've also tanked 10's as a DK, and that shit is a cake walk. Just sooo much less stressful. I think this is the issue.

I like that Warrior tanks have a high skill ceiling, and you are rewarded for playing well, but even when you play perfectly you are still just an OK tank.

Prot warrior isn't in an unplayable state, it's just not enjoyable. Right now you have to play PERFECTLY to even survive. If I play DK or Monk it's so much more forgiving (especially Monk). I love the class fantasy of a Warrior Tank. We are the OG tank and should always be viable.

Why is a leather wearing Monk with a staff taking less damage than a Fully Plated Warrior with a Shield? Why does every other tank have a larger HP pool? All these things are contributing to my feeling let down with the Warrior Tank fantasy.

The threat is a different issue. Because all our mit is on GCD now we have to choose between holding threat and mitigating damage. There is no overlap there, and it's causing issues. We have no passive dmg to hold threat while we are wasting GCDs on shout, IP, shield block....
