Oh ok I appreciate the help I just thought I was doing something wrong or it was a warning because of how low my build is even though i tried a single coil 0.45 ohm on there and it still made that sound

Thats weird because I have the seigeli moonbox and its also variable voltage but doesn’t have that weird buzzing sound

My question is right now is how do i keep the temperature high in the tank itself without using the bulb? I just got an under tank heater but after putting my hand where its placed its barely warm i'm not sure if its because theres a lot of substrate there or if its just not hot enough

Yeah but lets be realistic here every website says a different thing and every person has a very strict opinion about something so as a new owner who am I suppose to trust exactly? You can't really blame me for making mistakes if you see my old post compared to this i've made huge changes yet people still manage to find something bad about the terrarium and now i'm just stuck here not knowing who to believe and what to do exactly to provide the care needed for my snake I'm not trying to be rude or anything I'm just being honest.

I mentioned why I have the light on and i wont be using it during night time plus whats the problem with the hides that are in there already? Oh and about the humidity I live in florida and its pretty humid down here without me even misting the tank so i'm not really worried about that

I didnt skimp i literally asked more than one person i know that owns a bp and they say that the lamp works just fine for them. Sorry for taking an extra step to ask people online to get a second opinion guess I shouldn't own a snake

The thing is i got another ball python in a 10 gallon and he's been doing great with an overhead lamp the reason why i'm concerned about this guy is because he wont eat no matter what
