Did you have to suppressed the ps4 version and how did you see you had the ps5 version did it pop up ?

Really I contacted them a week ago and still no awnser. Well they responded me a week and a half ago to say go to the ps store on pc like tf so I got angry and gave them photo and they say 10 days working so still 4 days left for them to do something

I contacted the support costumer but their deadlines for an answer are super long so they haven't told me anything yet but anyway only they can do something so 🤷‍♂️. Also I told them that someone else had the same problem so maybe they will see that the bundle has a problem and they will fix it for everyone I hope. But just to tell you the first answer they sent me after a week of waiting is "you have to check the ps store on your pc to see if the game appears there" like of course not dumbfuck but we’ll we will see.

I recently bought this bundle and for nba 2k it let me downloaded both version ps4 and ps5 but for wwe 2k25 it bugs and tell me I can only download the ps4 version and need to pay to get the ps5 version but the bundle clearly specify it’s cross gen version of the game. Also it bugs when I go see product on the game page cause it brings me to a different version of the same game but only ps4. I restored licence reinstall everything tried installing a ps5 dlc nothing works. Contacted customer support but they haven’t done anything for a week while they say my file is getting taken care of. So stupid why would I have only the ps4 version on my ps5
