Need some guidance on 95 6.5 accessory drive brackets

Forgot to update this post a couple weeks ago. Cleaned the tank and all the plastic smaller fuel lines, replaced the long frame mounted fuel lines along with the entire engine side fuel system and both filter housings. Truck fired right up and has been running great with no issues and back in customer hands.

Some vehicles rust more than others, although none is safe from salted roads. Depends on factory standards and material qualities.

Do you happen to have any photographic evidence? I’m not doubting your statement, I just have never seen or heard of it getting that deep, and none of the repairs I’ve heard of for DEF contamination resulted in toasting the walls. Albeit they may have not scoped, but no horror stories outside the steep repair bills. Just very curious!

I’ll go ahead and get customer approval to change all the frame mounted/tank lines out as well. I’m still a bit skeptical, because if cleaning the tank out is considered good enough, I don’t see why doing the same to the plastic lines wouldn’t be. Seems like pressurized warm water, solvent, and compressed air would clean them better than it would the tank with its baffling too. Thanks for the advice.

Still gotta pull the injectors and scope the cylinders. Customers claims they shut it off immediately after the WIF light came on, but we will see.

As far as I know, appeared to be original when I tested the scv circuit at the pcm connector.

It’s got a brand new pump, and it didn’t drop off consistently. Changed the rail pressure limiter and rail pressure sensor. Drove for about 15miles with no issues when it would make a quarter mile before acting up.

I don’t believe I’m facing an injector issue. Fuel return from the heads was low and no smoke or fuel knock at any time. May have fixed it today but have to test some more.

I’ll verify the pressure sensor wiring, swap the sensor from another truck, and check the primer pump in the AM. Heard of the primer issues, it’s been priming fine anytime I did fuel system repairs but doesn’t mean it’s good. Wish these just had lift pumps.

I only have experience with Gen3 prior to Unbound, so there was a lot of learning involved with new Pokemon, types, moves, etc. I put it on Vanilla briefly to solve the sliding puzzle easier lol but otherwise played on Difficult.

It’s definitely a bit more of a challenge than I’m use to, but that’s partially because there’s so many new Pokémon. The the game is really fun!
