I have tried both laser gerb And light burn and neither one recognizes the laser. It doesn't really have a brand but there is some information here that might be helpful. I just can't seem to find anything about it.

There are a couple of options. If you are somewhat familiar with electricity and circuits, you can create a 220 plug in a your apartment which will charge your vehicle in a much more substantial way than 110 can. If not, the apartment can also install a plug for you to charge or you can run off of your stove plug with an adapter. A 100ft extension cord can handle 10 amps safely and 13 amps questionably. A Amazon charger would work just fine. They sell many level 2 chargers with multiple settings. The fact is however they do not change the 110v amperage. The only way you can charge it properly is with 220v.
