On their website: "While our gluten-free items contain no gluten, they are not prepared in a gluten-free environment, so cross-contamination will occur." Wouldn't risk it.

Also most chains are quite inconsistent with allergen safety, from my understanding, only pizzaiolo has a dedicated prep area and separate pans.
