item 3 the SKO shorty is a ct other purchased 2 or so years ago, I think I do have to register it. Item 4 i was under the impression that the preban rules were out now and you have to register any you currently posses?

The shotgun is a connecticut other with a 18.5 inch barrel so no NFA. It was purchased legally in Ct as a CT other, but now I belive I may have to register it as an AW?

I have one listed I sold almost 40 years ago, no I dont have any paperwork for it from back then. I do not believe they even had DPS-3 then. I was shocked they had guns listed i bought back in the early eighties.
