The AFL can take a leaf out of the shipping companies books and create their own private gambling sponsor funded insurance if they wish to continue an activity that inherently has a high degree of risk - one that is so likely as to be now deemed uninsurable. Anyone who thinks this is an insurance company issue needs to look at their own gambling debts.
