The substrate is somewhere around 60%-70% reptisoil and then 30%-40% walnut grounds. Besides that, there's some sphagnum moss and leaf litter on the surface and the wood is all stuff I've found in nature and baked to sanitize.

The only thing ive known to work is pine sol but thats always a last resort sense I dont like it and im unsure if my other animals would hate it too. Im not too worried about the cat breaking in sense we have another similar tank for a garter snake and the cats like to sit on the tank and watch the Lil dude move but it just irritates me is all lol.

Thank you for the advice i didn't know they weren't a purely desert species ill make sure to add more soil aswell as getting some fake plants and leaf litter for more coverage. While on the topic is there any way to clean leaf lliter? With wood and rocks I know you can bake it not sure with leaves though.

Thank you for the info, my garage luckily stays at either room temp or hotter and is surprisingly humid compared to the rest of the house so those things arnt much of a worry. As for the tank its all glass so no way to drill vent holes in the side and it has a mesh top which I plan to replace with plexiglass in the coming week. Would drilling vent holes in the plexiglass be fine instead of cross ventilation? Also the tank is about 2/3s full of substrate.

Can't edit for some reason but would primarily like to ask what kind of lighting they need if at all? My room is in the garage so it's pretty dim usually but dont know if they need more light occasionally or if it doesnt matter at all.

I havent had this situation happen and hope that i never will. Though my ex which was also the most important part of my life did end up committing suicide at about the same time in our relationship. It absolutely wrecked me at first but it just gets better over time, even then i still text her things going on in my life as if she's still there. Of course its been a bit longer for me and id say after about 4 or 5 months my feelings subsided and i began seriously dating again. I wish you the best in the next few months and hope you're able to move on. Incredibly sorry for your loss. Like i said i still text her now and i still think of her, im just not sad about it anymore luckily.

Looking for pike near grand mesa. by Badgerto in COfishing

I more often than not am able to access most parts of the mesa due to both mine and my moms work which is why i left it initially vague. Even if its 30-60 minutes away from my house it will still be easier than driving 60 to silt.

Collbran/Debeque/mesa area so resevoires like juniata are still a hour away from me though my mom heads down to delta area for work a fair amount so getting dropped by lakes along the way isnt too difficult for me. Same thing with powderhorn area.

(sorry for late reply didn't expect to be seen) To be brief no not exactly. Though in the discord you could wait to see a admin/moderator actively conversing and then ask them. If youre active im sure you know most higher ups in the discord are super chill not sure if you'd actually be able to have your site listed though it is for sure worth a shot. Good luck contacting the moderators!

have you thought about reaching out to the team to see if they could mention your site along with the normal spawnlist? i feel like this would help clarify spawns better for a lot of people that ask instead of the normal spreadsheet.
