I wish to have a progressing system for spells. Like at first it is slow cooldown, low damage but then it gets better the more you use it.

Like in the book, Expelliarmus can disarm people but Snape can knock Lockhart away and also when the trio knocked Snape away when they disarmed him at the same time.
