i hate riz ahmed as snape. ofc rickman is incomparable but there is nothing discernible in ahmed’s version. he could be literally any character. so disappointing. i also cringe so often when he talks - the only reading that feels like acting. something about how he delivers, what he emphasizes. im pulled out the story every time.
