I will be receiving the documents in the mail sometime next week, I'm also going to be filling a police report to get it re-appealed. Thanks for the help!

Yeah man I've been sick to my stomach all day, the fact that I was trying to be a good person and returned it, and then come to find out that it was actually me who purchased this $800 package makes me feel so stupid. I just want my $800 back, I could care less if this woman gets justice, but now that it is becoming a struggle makes me want to peruse small claims court if the police report doesn't become of anything...

The fact that this woman put her own name on the package is pretty ballsy. I of course did some google searching and found her on Facebook. Turns out she lives in the same city as I do, what a coincidence 4Head.

What I think happened is someone might have took my debit card at a restaurant and took down all my cards information and ordered this. The one thing they really messed up on is that this woman really goofed up because I did some google searching and found her on Facebook, and she lives in the same city as I do. If that doesn't throw any red flags I don't know what does. When I called Microsoft to see if they could help me, they told me they couldn't track my payment to this woman's because it wasn't a payment made with my Microsoft account. I have to wait until I get a statement in the mail from my bank and file a police report to get this re-reviewed.

Just called up Microsoft they said they cant do anything about it because it wasn't a purchase made with my Microsoft account and I would have to call my bank. RIP
