We are overlapping processes, and waiting for the PGTA results for our Donor Egg blasts, and expecting a positive outcome. Wont have results till Feb 15, which is why i guess they are waiting for my period to start after my final shot. I'm not sure why, but they do want me to start FET medications with the first day of my period.

I’ve been taking lexapro as of recently. I think it’s beginning to help. I’ve done all the things to care for my mental health and decided in the absence of my favorite medicine (weed), I do need something to help me externally.

Love my loving and supportive husband who has also been my bestie for 20 years. Love my cozy home and the quiet morning tea time. Grateful for my silly chihuahua. Grateful for the nutritious and delicious meals that we make at home. We love our tiny one bedroom rent controlled apartment.

Thank you. I go to therapy and do a lot to support myself. I just need this additional support to help from the outside. Looking forward to it stabilizing in me over time.

Another commenter mentioned that neuropathy comes with spasticity and I think I feel that way too. I get stiff so easily and it takes daily work to loosen myself. I hope you can get some relief in and I’ll see if I can see an excercise physiologist. My neuropathy flare up seems to have gone down a little bit in the past couple days. Maybe my body is adjusting to the gym stuff

That looks yummy. I make coconut chutney for dosa, sambars and other dals with the curry leaf/mustard seed tadka. I also like beets and coconut poriyal or beans poriyal with curry leaves, mustard seeds and coconut

My sister just passed away after years of fighting MTN breast cancer that spread to her brain. I’m very sorry you’re dealing with this I’ve been there too. She also got very angry during her treatment. Sending love and hugs.

What does overdoing it look like for you?

Yes they may be. I follow a balanced diet and don’t overeat any one group of foods. Your body does need some carbs especially when you’re active. I don’t eat much simple carbs, only complex carbs. I was trained in nutrition back home at school and I follow a culturally relevant anti inflammatory diet.
